Ariah Pendleton is the Founder and Owner of Upstream Wellness Studios LLC. She holds an associate degree, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and a Master's degree in General Psychology. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Psychology.

With approximately 11 years of experience working with children and youth, Ariah's background includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), serving as a STEM camp counselor, and working as a Drum Major Coach. She has also traveled throughout Mississippi speaking with students about mental health awareness, college preparation, and career readiness. Through these experiences, she has developed a passion for helping young people recognize their potential and explore opportunities for their futures.

In addition to her work with youth, Ariah currently serves as a Graduate Assistant with Mississippi State University's School of Health Professions. Her leadership experience includes serving as a Drum Major, Section Leader, and Psychology Society President. She has also completed more than 600 hours of community service.

Ariah founded Upstream to create meaningful opportunities for young people across Mississippi to learn, connect, serve, and grow. Her goal is to help students build the knowledge, practical skills, confidence, and relationships that will support them as they navigate their futures.
